Celonis has a rich ecosystem of over 200 partners and 300 universities worldwide. This is an opportunity to grow the global partnership between Celonis and Microsoft. We are looking for a partner sales leader who has extensive experience working with Microsoft, Azure services and has a keen understanding of Microsoft Partner Programs. A track record of working with Microsoft as an ISV partner or working with ISV partners in the Azure ecosystem is a must. Drive the overall sales engagement and pipeline with Microsoft/ Azure
Ensure the model scales across the regions/ countries
Identify new opportunities for expansion, evangelize, network within Microsoft
Manage partner KPI's, reviews, QBR's, and other cadence
Monitor wins/losses/roadblocks and take proactive action
Interlock with other internal teams such as product management, partner marketing, PR, direct sales, etc.
Hire and recruit a team, as needed, to scale the business

10+ years of business development, partner development, or alliances management experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Software such as Dynamics, the ecosystem and partner programs. Track record of successfully co-selling with partners.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics.
Experience in enterprise software, knowledge of SaaS
Understanding of enterprise agreements and cloud pricing models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations
