To best connect both worlds, Criteo can count onGo-To-MarketStrategists, Product Marketing Managers, Product Sales Specialists, and Product Experts whose common goals are to ensure that products are best brought to market, correspond to client expectations and that their revenue grows they work in close collaboration to achieve this jointly.TheProduct Expertise organizationenables our client-facing operations to scale and adapt as our products evolve and market adoption grows.Weconveniently interoperate withinternal-facing teams who design and build our products(eg.ProductManagement,Software Engineering), partner-facing teams who strive to strengthen our product suite offering(eg.Business Development)andclient-facing teams who leverage our product solutions to prepare and launch clients advertising campaigns, optimize and maintain marketing performance (eg.Ad Operations, Creative Design, Performance Data Analysis, Field Engineering).Within Product Expertise, and as part of the Solution Expertise team,the Product Expert isco-accountable for the customer success and growth of ourmarketing solutions.Theybuild and leverage direct relationships with the aforementioned stakeholders todevelop anexpertise over thesolutions mechanics andtodetectrevenue-generatingopportunitiesfrom market feedback.They, in turn, can influenceproduct improvements and manage projects that aim atadapting and scaling activities from client-facing operations.Responsibilities: Develop understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Criteos Web& Videosolutions, includingtechnical inner workings, data models, business functionality and performance, their managed and self-service controls and best practices, and our product improvement strategy and roadmap. Review the product line strategy, the product roadmaps andengineerings objectives and key results (OKRs), Attend and participate in recurring discussions with Product Management, Product Analytics and other internal groups, Dig into technical specifications and data models to get a complete understanding of thesolutions underlyingfunctioning.Act as a product evangelistandsubject matterexpert, providing support and opportunities to field engineering, field analytics, and advertising operations teams in order to converge toward the most successful use and extension of our Web& Videosolutions. Supply documentations and training to build an assetknowledgeon the field (i.e., in all our markets), Prepare operations teamswith processes and tools to most appropriatelysetup solutionswith clients, Collect and answersystem or data-relatedquestionsand requests as they pertain tooursolutions, Fix or escalate technical issues that directly relate to your portfolio of products to maintain their performance, Exchange and debate the need of new featuresthat contribute to customer success and revenue, Leverage your expertise to deliver actionable insights to the field and to build relevant reports and tools.Become a trusted advisor to our product managers andgo-to-marketstrategists, best connecting our client marketing objectives with oursolutions, increasing customer success and participating in the rollout, growth and maturity of products. Challenge the roadmap to ensure that our solutions are performing and run smoothly without hiccups, Provide relevant inputs into product improvements with business cases collected from field teams, Help in the design of new features, test new development releases and provide immediate feedback, Track component stability, both adoption rate and outcome for clients, and look for levers of improvements.Requirements: 3+ yearsof experience working in technology, consulting orinan operational capacity B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science,or equivalent degree,or experience, Strong analyticalmindsetand critical thinking skills, ableto multi-task andmanagedeadlines, Personalcredibility and influencing skills, ableto identify and resolveissuesthrough collaboration and communication, Outstanding relationship-building skills and ability to deliver results working with cross-functional teams, Established ability to operate effectively and autonomously inambiguoussituations, with only high-level direction, Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, and contagious passion that helpsother
