Description ;The Head of Sales will interact closely with, and report directly to the General Manager with the responsibilities to:;;- manage a portfolio of existing accounts and lead business development projects to identify and develop new business opportunities;- develop strategic sales opportunities;- budgeting for the department and report key business metrics;- attract, retain, motivate, coach develop Sales Managers for high performance (ongoing coaching training);- set ambitious yet realistic professional goals to Sales Managers;- spend time in the market on sales calls with the team – meeting clients, pitching, networking and identifying new opportunities;- Committed to manage and mediate conflict as appropriate;- to use the CRM and reporting systems to monitor performance and drive results-oriented behavior;; ; Requirements ;You are a person we are looking for if:;;-You have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager and have a background in the hotel industry;- You are able to lead and motivate sales team in a highly results-focused, fast-paced environment;- You are experienced in (project) leadership and team building;- You are excellent in planning, developing, and executing online sales strategies;- You are an outstanding organizational and interpersonal communicator with particular emphasis on presentation, sales expertise, and negotiation techniques;- You are strong in the negotiation and closing of high-volume annual contracts;- You are customer- and client-oriented;- You are focused on high performance with a solid work-ethic with and a true hands-on approach;- Degree educated;- You have a native level in French and high proficiency in Spanish and English on a negotiation level; Offer ; Be part of an international team;- Work hard and celebrate in style at our team events;- We recognize your achievements with our employee awards;- Enjoy working like an entrepreneur?
