As Marketing Assistant reporting to our Sales Manager for Surgery & Hernia Repair, you’ll operate across our Surgery & Hernia Repair portfolio to support the implementation of our marketing strategy. It’s a wide-ranging role involving:

  • Prepare compliance and legal paperwork for European Healthcare Professionals engagements and coordinate related logistics.
  • Give logistical and administrative support for internal meetings, trainings, regional external events and Professional Education activities. 
  • Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and intercompany approval forms.
  • Give support in the approval and production of marketing materials and training programs.
  • Distribute samples and promotional material. 
  • Give support to other marketing activities and projects to support business needs.
  • Educated at least to higher education or FP II in Marketing, Events Protocol and Organisation or similar, you´ll need a superb customer-facing/handling skills, supported by intermediate to advanced level skills in office applications, including MS Office, internet and computer functions. A strong communicator, able to work in an autonomous way, you’re passionate about sales and marketing and contributing to the on-going commercial success of a progressive, future-orientated business and about improving health outcomes. In addition, you’ll also bring:

  • Advanced English level
  • proven experience as sales or marketing assistant
  • First class time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-working skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and agile attitude
