Want to be a part of our team?The primary purpose of this position is to support the Compliance Manager in ensuring customers security and compliance with NTT MS Integrated Management System (IMS). Lead and Conduct security and IT compliance initiatives to assess risk and evaluate customers controls. In conjunction with the Compliance Management Team, this person will perform compliance assessment and monitoring of controls and recurrent activities performed in customers platforms.. The Compliance Specialist, will work close with upper levels of Operational Teams and management to make sure that the entire company is aware of security and compliance requirements and issues in customers platforms and service. Working at NTT As an Compliance Specialist your key responsibilities are: Act as escalation Point of Contact for customer’s security and compliance requirements. Participate in customer projects to identify and define controls to be implemented aligned to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and how they will be executed in customer’s platforms Responsible for maintaining the PCI DSS compliance in customers Responsible for monitoring of existing security controls and recurrents activities implemented in customers platforms and report on their status Identify improvement areas regarding compliance and security in customer platforms. Respond to customer’s security and compliance questions Engaging and consulting with Operational Teams to recommend solutions to improve policies, procedures, efficiency and controls. Responsible from CMS side of customer related audits, assist in the development of mitigation plans, and perform controls validations to assure the processes meet company standards. Support in the development of security and compliance trainining material for the Operational Teams. Drive timely the collection of documentation requested by customer’s internal and external audits. Demonstrate commitment to customer service, solve customer security requirements or problems effectively. Collaborate proactively advising Operational Teams to ensure compliance with all NTTCMS security policies. Prepare security reports related and analyses documenting progress and adverse trends, makes appropriate recommendations or conclusions. What will make you a good fit for the role? Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience of: Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and scrutinize convoluted laws and regulations (LOPD, GDPR), IT Security standards, Risk Management and control. Demonstrated ability to work within a global team and effectively manage onshore and offshore personnel and vendors. Ability to adapt and be highly effective in a rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of developing compliance reports, IT policies and procedures. Willingness and ability to travel. Powerful communication skills. Regularly communicate the complex information to employees in clear, concise messages that resonate broadly. This might be through staff training, public speaking or internal communications. Proven integrity: Because the job of a compliance manager is to ensure the organization complies with rules and regulations, it’s critical to have a strong moral compass and a track record of ethical decision-making. Preferred Experience Between 1 and 3 years of experience in an IT Audit, Governance, Security, Risk and/or Compliance role. Technical Background in IT environments is preferred. Experience within a Global Organization preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (IT, Business, Legal or other related field) is required for this job; Master’s desired. Proven experience with Security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS Experience working with cross functional teams Broad base of technical skills Language skills Written and spoken English (fluent / native) Written and spoken Spanish (fluent / native)
