The Iberia Professional Relations Manager is passionate about Professional Relationships and has a strong record of accomplishment building effective partnerships within complex organizations and with external stakeholders. You are results oriented, a strategic thinker, an empathic person and an enthusiastic educator. As the Professional Relations Manager, you are prepared to liaise with content subject matter experts inside and outside the organization. You will be credible, in order to engage and build strong and long-lasting relation with KOLs, Faculty and Iberia Institutions. This will against the background of supporting a positive impact on business results. This individual will report directly to the Marketing Director Iberia , with dotted line to EMEA Assoc Director of Professional Relations .

In this role, you will…

  • Work alongside local Clinical and Marketing teams to ensure delivery of consistent Prof Relations and related commercial activities / programs that are supportive of Iberia strategic objectives.
  • Execute, in alignment with Central Prof Rels and Marketing, the KOL/Speakers strategy including working with our partners on Scientific Marketing (clinical evidence creation) strategy.
  • Promote, together with the Iberia MD and CL lead, a consistent approach to KOL & Speaker identification & development in alignment with Iberia AOP.
  • With central PR team, develop and implement Institutional and Univ strategy, alongside Iberia MD & CL lead.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, our partners experience and engagement and consequently the loyalty of our KOL, Speakers to Align Technology. This included handling difficult situations and take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion.
  • Support the channel Marketing MM and CL team identifying gaps and needs for the development and localization of the University, KOL & Faculty programs.
  • Provide feedback to Central Prof Relations to ensure that Prof Rels, assets meet needs of local market and are fit for purpose.
  • Based in our partners feedback, provide input to research and development to improve existing products / services and develop new ones.
  • Work closely with BI-teams to create consistent Prof Rels (and Ed) reporting inc ROI associated with PR & Prof Ed activities and events.
  • Travel to deliver educational events, education programs for KOL, Speakers and institutions and occasionally visit customers in their offices to better understand their reality
  • Coordinates / Participates in Central & Local handoff for each commercial planning milestone and on a quarterly basis.

  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a plus
  • Dental Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+5 years of related clinical experience
  • Demonstrated field sales experience in the medical or dental fields a plus
