Digital Supply Chain Business Development Expert - Siemens Teamcenter Date Dec 29, 2020 City Barcelona, B, ES You will be responsible to ensure the DSC Portfolio has strong rolling 4 quarter pipeline for cloud and on-prem solutions, across the entire DSC portfolio, for your specific aligned region and market units. You will also be responsible for quality pipeline along many KPIs. For weaknesses in this pipeline, you will define and execute a strategy to fix it, that may include any or all the following methodologies Physical and digital marketing event creation and support, partner alignment by solution and industry, various types of tele-campaigns, targeted sales plays, thought leadership and solution evangelism through multiple channels such as social media accounts, employee/customer/partner enablement and more. Demand Management Roughly 30 PERCENT of your time You are expected to be a deep subject matter expert in the Digital Supply Chain suite of software solutions, and several key industries for your region and market unit. You will be expected to use this knowledge to support and advance key strategic sales cycles. You should be able to articulate the DSC strategy, key differentiators for our solutions and value our solutions can provide to the customer. Other 10 PERCENT of your time You will need to invest time on a weekly basis to continually educate yourself on new releases of the software. You are the tip of the spear with product knowledge. You will need to help enable the sales force and partners from time to time. You are the conduit from the customer back to development and solution management on customer and industry requirements for our products. WORK EXPERIENCE Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in SAPs Product Lifecycle Management Suite of Software and/or Siemens Teamcenter application (e.g. through Solution Management, Sales, Consulting or Business Development roles) SAP product experience and/or 8-15 years prior relevant DSC experience. - Working knowledge of Cloud in the B2B environment Working knowledge of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks Viewed as DSC expert across SAP, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in pipeline and revenue growth Proven track record of success in the selected DSC area Customer facing experience EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred Fluency in English, any other language an asset Fluency in the language of local markets desirable.
