Our local offices in
Barcelona and Madrid include Marketing, Sales, Customer & Dealer Success, People & Culture, Finance, and Business, while Product and Engineering are provided by teams located across Europe.
People & Culture Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company strategy
- Being employee ambassador by addressing needs and facilitate transparent communication between management and team
- Report to management and support decision making through HR metrics
- Manage the local talent attraction and recruiting process
- Establish and nurture a positive working environment and transport the positive company culture
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
What You Bring to The Role:
- Proven working experience as People & Culture Manager or another HR executive
- A people and results oriented attitude and ability to identify and recruit talents
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology or related field
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR tools and databases (e.g. Personio, greenhouse)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
