In order to support our Eurodrone Plateau, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Programme Integrated Planning Manager within Eurodrone (all genders)

The Programme Integrated Manager within Eurodrone (d/M/F) will become part of the central PMO team and drive all schedule management related activities incl.

schedule related governance & performance management.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As Programme Integrated Planning Manager, you

MANAGE Integrated Planning related activities on programme level in an endtoend approach from contract to delivery from Customer, across our Programme Development Teams to all internal organizations (engineering, operations, services,).
SYNCHRONIZE & COORDINATE all key Programme stakeholders to deliver a robust and optimized Integrated Planning
EVOLVE & maintain the global Programme Schedule Baseline jointly with the Scope, Risk & Cost management to synchronize and integrate all scope/time/risk/cost related activities on programme level
IMPROVE the Schedule and EVM performance & visual management on programme level from reporting to anticipation and from manual to automatized digital solutions
LEARN and develop in an exciting new European development Aircraft programme

Desired skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent
Proven programme and/or project management (office) skills (PM certification iron/bronze level or PMI PMP certification)
Proven experience with complex products, in best case for aircraft systems
Proven soft skills / networking skills and being a simplifier
Proven selfmotivation and creativity, strong c ustomer focus, result orientation and anticipation mindset
