    We are a fully funded, independent studio working on a well-known IP. Our team of experienced professionals combines creativity with technical expertise to push boundaries in gameplay and quality.

    The Role: Senior Gameplay Programmer

    This position is at the core of our development process, shaping how our game feels and plays. You will work closely with designers, artists, and engineers to create engaging gameplay systems that enhance player experience.

    Your expertise will directly influence the game's overall quality, from character movement and combat to camera systems and player interactions. You will translate design ideas into functional and enjoyable game features, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and polished.

    Gameplay programmers serve as the bridge between creative design and technical implementation. You will prototype, refine, and perfect gameplay systems, making them intuitive and rewarding for players.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Design and Implement Gameplay Systems: Collaborate with designers and artists to develop engaging gameplay features.
    2. Develop Core Gameplay Mechanics: Create character movement, player controls, camera systems, combat, AI behaviors, and interactive elements.
    3. Build and Maintain Tools: Streamline your workflow and support the entire development team.
    4. Optimize Performance: Ensure high-quality performance across platforms and hardware standards.
    5. Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior team members and contribute to the development process.

    Requirements

    1. Unreal Engine Experience: Proficiency in using Unreal Engine for gameplay programming.
    2. 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing gameplay systems, preferably in shipped titles.
    3. Tool Development: Ability to develop tools alongside gameplay features.
    4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
    5. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
