    Job Description:

    Develop comprehensive 360-degree creative marketing campaigns from start to finish, including conceptualization, execution, and asset delivery across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with the Design & Video teams to produce assets for performance campaigns across paid media, OOH, and other platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Write compelling copy tailored to various placements and platforms, with a strong emphasis on Conversion.
    • Evolve existing brands and create new ones working closely with other teams, leveraging data to shape and refine brand strategies.
    • Lead creative ideation for new content, collaborating with content creators, audiovisual producers, and other sources.
    • Incorporate data into your everyday work, using insights to inform your concepts and measuring content performance to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Based in Madrid
    • Bilingual in English with proficiency in Spanish
    • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within a creative agency or a similar environment
    • Proven track record in producing visual and written content for creative campaigns
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Strong passion for digital marketing and social media
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
