Our client is a company belonging to a leading multinational group in health technologies (defibrillators, SOS devices, thermographic, etc.) and security (access, biometrics, video surveillance, video analytics, intrusion, etc.) for companies.

With headquarters in Madrid and national coverage with a staff of 80 employees. Presence in all sectors with more than 6,000 clients.


Now they are seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to join their team to work on a variety of interesting projects with focus on business process optimisation.


Working in a dynamic and diverse environment with their international operational team across the Europe, you will be based in Madrid office and report to Group operations & project manager based in Paris.


Main responsibilities:
1) Dynamics 365 IT administration

  • Management of Office365 and D365 administration: login creation, deactivation, access right management.
2) PMA (Project management assistant)

  • Work closely with local operational teams to collect project requirements for business process optimization (sales, service and finance). In depth understanding of project benefits.
  • Daytoday support to project manager for implementation, maintenance and improvement of our business process in the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Assist the project manager to prepare comprehensive written reports, process documentations and presentations to be shared with operational team.
3) Reporting & KPI

  • Support to setup group KPI and build new dashboards.
  • Data management & reporting maintenance with Power BI.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years proven experiences with Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement and/or Power Platform, Power BI.
  • Global computer skills: knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Office 365 tools is essential; Knowledge of IT development (Plugin, javascrip) or Azure environment would be an asset.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
  • Good communication and organisation skills, strong autonomy.
  • Strong interest in operations and digitalization of business process optimization.
