We are currently looking for a:
Business Transformation Manager


Roles & Responsibilities:

Business strategy:

  • Work with different regions/parks to understand local strengths and constraints to harmonize with group transformation strategy.
  • Make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies and redo current strategy plans.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Insights Team to use customers' knowledge and make better decisions.
  • Participate in the M&A deals to provide inputs to define the valuation model of the parks.
  • Support other units to understand investment opportunities and provide inputs to evaluate investments (e.g., Food & Beverage, Merchandising).

Support on defining strategic projects:

  • To build up business cases and define the main hypothesis to forecast.
  • To write up strategic/adhoc project reports.
  • To propose recommendations to improve the parks' performance.
  • Support parks to ensure implementation of strategic projects.
  • Promote bestpractice sharing across parks.
Responsible for the achievement of projects within the Transformation Plan:

  • Write up reports to support strategic projects within the Transformation Plan.
  • Help different areas with their needs to successfully carry out their tasks within the Transformation Plan.
  • Followup of projects to ensure successful implementation and report deviations.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress.
What you will bring

  • University degree: Engineering, ADE or Economics.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, a third language would be valuable.
  • 34 years' working experience in consulting or Ibex 35 companies or top strategy firms.
  • Financial background and Analytical mindset & Modelling skills.
  • Experience delivering change through transformation projects or daytoday operations in medium/large organizations.
  • High level of initiative and being able to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills.
  • With initiative and decisionmaking skills.
