Responsibilities:

Ensure that the legal entity financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliation is prepared on a timely manner
Ensure that all defined tasks in the monthend closing process are performed
Organize and run periodic financial performance and balance sheet reviews and internal control activities
Ensure forecasting of statutory income statement and balance sheet items, bridging between business forecasting and legal entity view
Ensure that statutory and tax reporting are filed in accordance with both, the local legislation and globally agreed timelines
Ensure that annual dividends are distributed and manage audit process
Act as the first point of contact for local authorities
Approve payment proposals and authorize manual payments
Actively participate in relevant mergers & acquisitions related activities
Provide accounting expertise as needed.

Qualifications:

Preferably university degree in Finance or relevant field
At least 4 years of professional experience
Fluent English skills
Knowledge of IFRS as well as local GAAP and other relevant local tax & legal legislation
