RISK Consulting & Transformation is an in-house consulting team to support the RISK Function in its strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

Through its deep understanding of RISK organization and processes, the team contributes to projects through our four Practices:

Credit & Regulatory
Data, Simulation & Models
Transformation
Operational risk

Our team is diverse, with varied backgrounds. It is composed of former external consultants, business and functions experts, and project management professionals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE PART OF?:
You will join our young RISK Consulting & Transformation team based in Madrid within our RISK Hub.

But not only that, You will evolve within a European group of international scope, present in more than 70 countries.

RISK Consulting & Transformation has a strong international presence in EMEA (Paris, Madrid and Lisbon), APAC (Hong-Kong) and Americas (NY, Montreal).

As
Junior PMO you will support the sponsor and product owners in the following activities:

Contribute to set up an effective governance in the project and lead the
Ensure the proper development and monitoring of the initiatives
Verify the global consistency of actions and deliverables of the project
Follow up the initiatives, their strategies, attention points, propositions of deliverables and challenge their recommendations
Organize the project governance, including the Steering Committee and reporting to Group and RISK specific governances
Ensure integration of internal as well as supervisory and regulatory expectations into the project actions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas

1 to 3 years of experience within the financial industry working as PMO or involved in transversal projects

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge in project management
Knowledge in risk management
Full professional competence in English is mandatory. French is a plus.
