    Production Planner and Controller

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner and Controller to join our team in the UAV industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze sales forecasts and customer orders to forecast production schedules and procurement needs aligned with delivery deadlines.
    • Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Coordinate and oversee with the Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress.
    • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
    • Prepare reports on procurement performance, production performance, and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organized record of product information, orders, and transactions.
    • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets. Provide support in the development of project plans and schedules. Collaborate with the Finance Team to track invoices, expenditure, and budget adherence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (4-8 years) in project coordination.
    • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics will be preferred).
    • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
    • English will be your working language. Other languages will be highly valued.
