- Lead player programmes, including performance planning, player management, team management, and annual plans.
- Deliver high-quality squad training sessions aligned with the academy syllabus and progressive planning.
- Travel up to 15 weeks per year, leading logistics and development on trips.
- Manage relationships with sports science team, interpreting data for player management and development.
- Drive the day-to-day culture and values of the academy at all times.
- Contribute to team meetings with experiences and ideas.
- Develop and drive projects forward, such as parental presentations or data analysis.
- Mentor younger coaches and work with the Operations/Customer Service Team on analytics and relations.
- Market the academy at base and on the road.
- Assist with content collection and build a library of content for all age groups.
- Level 4 LTA Coaching Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Effective time-management and initiative-taking.
- A team player with fluent English and experience in developing International Junior or Pro Players.
- Basic Spanish and strong hitting level.
