Could you be the full-time Planning and Execution Engineer in Pinto we're looking for?Your future role
You'll collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, engineering, APSYS), realise of the plant's production planning and much more.
You'll specifically take care ofrealisation of the plant's facilities planning, but also you'll create a weekly, monthly and annual planning of the centre's production load based on the different clients, managed by the project managers
We'll look to you for:
- The implementation of a planning management tool, preferably MSproject.
- Creation and implementation of maintenance planning for equipment and tools.
- Coordination of environmental activities.
- Creation and monitoring of KPIs and reports.
- Complying with Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Reporting incidents / near misses affecting Railway Safety to your line manager and EHS managers.

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- 1 year experience in developing planning work.
- Knowledge of Planification.
- Knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing.
- Knowledge in SAP ERP system
- English speaker high level
- Knowledge of general tools: Office suite in advance level and MS Project is required. Excel macros programming in Visual Basic desired.
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate on all levels including customer facing
- Flexibility & Adaptability
- Proactive in proposing solutions, initiative
- Able to think critically and using good judgment
- Detailoriented
- Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports
- Ability to manage effectively and meet firm deadlines
