Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Reservations Agent will be:

Being the connection between the sales department and the providers and financial administration
Taking care of the daily handson reservations
Taking care of all travel services (hotel, car rental, flights and activities)
Being in charge of the contracting of hotels and new partners for leisure and business clients
Continuously optimisation travel needs and improving the product assortment
Being the perfect travel consultant to the clients
Inputting new ideas on how the company continually improves the sales process and its approach

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You are native in Dutch/Flemish and speak English at a professional level
You have valuable experience as a reservations agent
You have a deep interest in the tourism industry
You like to get things done and preferably quickly
You are well organised, used to work with todo lists and prioritise easy
Your communication is clear, to the point and efficient
You work well on yourself and within a team
In a dynamic surrounding you are well at maintaining peach and overview
You are a digital and online professional who works quick and easy with Microsoft, experience with systems and likes to have an office job
You are empathic and are well at managing stakeholders
