What we're looking for:

A Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Communication Service Providers (CSPs).

They will identify and close new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships with strategic partners to accelerate Allot's market expansion and revenue growth.


What you'll do:


  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in alignment with the company's objectives, focusing on revenue growth with strategic customer
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic alliance partners
  • Build strong customer relationships with communication service providers, understanding their needs and pain points to position Allot's solutions effectively
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align activities execution with business goals

Requirements:


What you should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development or account management in the telecommunications space
  • Demonstrated success in growing large communication service provider accounts, achieving revenue targets, and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels
  • Understanding of telecommunication networking and network security concepts
  • A resultsdriven mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
