About the team you are joining

What your day would be like

Collaborate with concerned vendors to implement changes in platforms, test and deploy in a timely manner as agreed with business stakeholders;
Liaise with the Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Financial Settlement Distribution Services (FSDS) teams, other IATA stakeholders and regions for collecting, validating and discussing enhancements and change requests for Participation platforms, to deliver high quality business requirements and specification;
Support the maintenance of a transparent development backlog by taking collective input to establish the optimal sequencing of deliverables;
Implement lean methodology and tools (JIRA) for development and change management of the platforms;
Closely monitor the work of the vendor development team to ensure the timely delivery according to the agreed plan and schedule;
Engage with vendors to build and maintain automated testing system of the platforms by using the IATA standard testing tools (TOSCA);
Request the vendor to conduct the unit, integration, performance and security tests following the agreed quality assurance plan, review and report the test results, and make the vendor fix on time the issues detected in the testing;
Organize the business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the developed functions in collaboration with other business units;
Accurate estimation of development and testing efforts. Review deviation to the development schedule, take corrective actions and maintain open communication;
Provide support to ensure a smooth handover of the developed platforms or new functions to operation, providing required trainings, knowledge transfer to the support teams and standard operation process;
Assist in the support, development, and maintenance of all internal and external documentation of the platforms, including business requirements, technical architecture and solution, acceptance criteria and testing results, in the agreed shared drives (Confluence);
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in the industry overall and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion;

Any other tasks as requested by the Senior Manager, Participation Platforms for delivery of team's objectives of the Platforms & Data Operation.

We would love to hear from you if you have

At least 3 years of experience working on Salesforce enhancements and change management;
Expertise with standard Salesforce platform tools (Object, Data Management, Flows, Process Builder and etc), experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and understanding when to use Apex or Visualforce for Extending Business;
Understanding of Process Automation and Salesforce certifications are a big plus;
Knowledge of the current FSDS-GDC platforms and operational processes (Agent accreditation and Airline participation) is definitely a plus;
Experience with agile software development, with deep knowledge of the Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and data exchange through Application Programming Interface, APIs, (MuleSoft);
Ability to get into the details of a requirement by conducting stakeholder interviews, hands on exploration of system functionality, process documentations and translating them into technical requirements;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize the work under pressure, and meet deadlines, through hands-on approach;
Experience with stakeholder management on all levels;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work internationally and cross-culturally;
Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills in English.
