They are looking for a French talent to join their customer care team at their headquarters in Barcelona.You would be a great fit if you have excellent communication skills, have some experience in either administrative work in an international environment or a call center, and are comfortable working with online programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP or Salesforce. Main Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service for customers in the French marketWork together with the sales team to keep logistics up to dateBuild and maintain relationships with customers B2B and B2CHelp the customers with incidents and complaints by giving creative solutionsStay updated on the company's products

Requirements
