    Drive Success as Our Next Team Lead

    Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled team lead to drive positive results in our dynamic Billing & Order Entry Team. As a key member of our international team, you will play a pivotal role in managing timely orders entry and billing, identifying policy inconsistencies, and reporting key performance indicators.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the team with a focus on quality, while meeting deadlines.
    • Validate necessary approvals for contract value and gross margin.
    • Ensure contracts contain payment terms as per approvals.
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams for error resolution.
    • Ensure billing activities are performed timely (within the SLA).
    • Ensure billing quality (billing checklist adherence, accuracy).
    • Create and update KPI and ad-hoc reports.
    • Design, develop, and interpret complex analyses to support management decision-making.
    • Identify and communicate potential policy and/or operational improvements that will enhance billing and order entry process quality.
    • Adept, communicate, and enforce credit and payment terms policies.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and German.
    • 2 years of experience leading and developing people.
    • 5 years of experience in Customer Services, Finance, or Finance-related areas.
    • Proactivity and ownership-oriented.
    • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
    • Analytical skills, ability to interpret data and drive improvements and make recommendations for process change.
    • Plan, think, and make decisions in a strategic context.
    • Strong Excel knowledge.
