Why Business Unit/Function

Group Business Services lies at the centre of BT's transformation; enabling the Customer Facing Units (CFUs) and Corporate Units (CUs) it supports to deliver brilliant customer experience effectively and efficiently.

The purpose of Contract Delivery Services is to be recognised as a world class delivery organisation supporting theend to end L2C proc ess on behalf of BT's
largest corporatecustomers, ensuring end to end delivery of servicerequests, projects and customer billing


Why this job matters

Experienced Project Management resource who manages projects that may involve a higher element of risk to business and require ability to use recognised project management methods and processes.

The roleis typically responsible for one or more end to end projects, including the financial impact for owned elements (e.g. a subproject/project/within a bigger project) of projects, and expected to be accountable for those elements of the projects.

The role has a high level of interaction with stakeholders and customers and has a direct impact on Customer outcomes and experience.


What I'll be doing - your accountabilities

Skills required for the job

  • Responsible for endtoend delivery of mid to High complexity CSR's as per scope, cost and time.
  • Build and own client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels (CSD's, CDD's, Customer success and prime external customers as per equivalent hierarchy)
  • Take ownership and accountability of team's SLA targets & driveteam to exceed or meet them at the minimum
  • Creates required project documentation and manages deliveries, creating project plan, communications plans, and milestones with end customers
  • Manages project costs, deliverables and resources in lien with commitments, managing variances to agreed plans and manages risks within delivery
  • Strong project delivery skills to manage endtoend delivery of Mid to High complexity CSR's.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management relationship skills required.
  • Requires experience working in collaboration with multiple/ wider teams
  • Ability to manage risks, issues and dependencies through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Ability to persuade and influence and inspire clients at peer level
  • High degree of business and commercial acumen
  • Significant experienceof leading and delivering complex projects, requiring management of mediumterm and longterm timeframes
  • Coordinates activities across multipleteams in including the end customer to plan success implementation of projects
  • May also manage midsizeteams of Project Management Professionals and Project Implementation Coordinators in addition to their Project Management work as individual contributors.
  • Ability to take shared responsibility (with
immediate manager and/or lead project manager of larger project) for volume, quality, timeliness of end results of specified projects at the account or business unit level
