A Change Management Lead plays a crucial role in facilitating the successful planning, execution, and adoption of significant changes and/or transformations within an organization.
This role will be responsible for driving key change initiatives, ensuring that internal employees and stakeholders are effectively prepared and engaged for implementation and adoption.
You will work closely with project teams, management at all levels and various stakeholders to drive change.Responsibilities:
Change Management Plans & Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that drive adoption and align with the organizations objectives
- Conduct change management and impact assessments
- Development and tracking of change success metrics
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on effectiveness throughout change process
- Develop tailored communications and engagement plans with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their understanding, buyin and support through the change process
- Establish clear and transparent communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about change management process, outcomes and risks
- Identify risks, anticipate and manage resistance, develop risk mitigation plans
- Responsible for communicating change concepts and abstract concepts to a variety of audiences
- Create strong and transparent paths of feedback with business partners, project teams
- Develop training and enablement plans that ensure individuals and teams are prepared to navigate and embrace change for successful adoption
- Identify key areas of skills, outcomes and behavioral changes and best ways to deliver change
- Lead and coach key stakeholders in change management process and strategy
- Collaborate with business partners to drive change management best practices
- Foster strong and healthy working relationships with project teams, their sponsors, stakeholders and managers at all levels
- You have a bachelor's in business administration or related field
- You have 5+ years in change management or similar experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated experience in successful development and execution of change management strategies
- Excellent active listening skills
- Experience with large scale change initiatives
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate pragmatic thinking with a strong understanding of change management best practices
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
- Have a high attention to detail and self starter
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
- Experience in Microsoft office and project management tools
- You are able to travel (less than 30%)
- You have a Prosci Change Management Certification
- Proficiency in Kotter's 8 Steps to Change Management
- Experience in Customer Success
