The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.

Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.

Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.

??The resort will have 76 rooms and 36 suites, 30 private residential units, culinary experiences, including an indoor restaurant, beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities including 8 treatment rooms, direct access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, Kids For All Seasons, and a Beach Club.

• Complimentary Employee MealsThe Role of Housekeeping Floor SupervisorThe Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is responsible for coordinating our Housekeeping team to ensure that our guest rooms, public areas and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities will include ensuring that Four Seasons standards are met through team leadership, training and development, overseeing the work of our housekeeping attendant team. Other tasks include scheduling and collecting room and floor status sheets for assigned work areas, inspecting completed rooms according to standards, glitch management, coordinating work orders, ensuring sufficient supplies on guest floors, checking cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and linen closets, monitoring inventory levels and completing purchase requisitions.

Our Housekeeping Floor Supervisor candidate will have:
Expertise in luxury hospitality operations and supervisory experience within Housekeeping focusing on service quality.

We are looking for a special individual whom shares our passion for excellence and whom delights in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca and the contract is seasonal.

You must possess the legal right to work in Spain at the time of application and have fluency in English and Spanish.
