    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategic Partnering: Be an advisor for senior leaders, connecting business goals with people strategies.
    • Shaping People Processes: Build and adapt our initiatives to support chapters and rapid growth.
    • Performance & Development: Help leaders set clear goals, coach teams, and create opportunities for growth.
    • Boosting Engagement: Use tools like Culture Amp to unlock insights and work with leaders to create engagement strategies.
    • Data-Driven Insights: Bring people data to the table, translating metrics into stories and actions.
    • Leading Change: Partner with leaders to help their teams navigate change and stay aligned.
    • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to bring in diverse talent that fits our culture.
    • Cross-Functional Projects: Own and lead initiatives that have an outsized impact across Preply.

    Requirements

    • Strategic thinking: Connect people and business strategies to solve challenges and spot opportunities 1-2 years ahead.
    • Leadership excellence: Coach and advise senior leaders to help them grow and make better decisions.
    • Culture champion: Create a workplace where everyone feels empowered, included, and ready to do their best work.
    • Builder of better orgs: Design structures and processes that scale with the business while keeping things efficient and effective.
    • Data driven: Analyze people data, spot trends, and share insights in ways that get buy-in.
    • Change Management: Lead teams through big changes with clear communication and empathy.
    • Project & program management: Successfully manage cross-functional projects and deliver real results.
    • Growth mindset: Test new ideas, learn from results, and adapt quickly.
    • Team player: Build strong relationships across teams and navigate different perspectives.

    Experience

    8+ years in HR/People roles, with at least 5 years partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, global companies.

    Location

    Fluent in English, able to work from Barcelona or Kyiv, or make the move to join us.
