    The Customer Operations role entails managing a customer database and overseeing the entire Order-to
    • Cash process.

    Required Knowledge and Skills:


    Demonstrated experience in international Customer ServiceStrong problem-solving abilitiesEssential knowledge of SAP Sales and InvoicingActive listening and effective communication skillsProficiency in written and spoken EnglishIntermediate level of proficiency in FrenchKnowledge of export processes is highly desirableWhat's great about working with us:Culture: Join a friendly team with different nationalities.
