We are one of the most promising startups of 2023 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris.

Role |:

In this role you will actively contribute for a perfect balance between Speed, Cost and Quality over the Home Transformation Process


Our main pillars are:
Onboarding of New apartments and Offboarding of Ukio apartments.


This means you will be assisting on managing the projects budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of each project, whilst meeting Ukio ́s quality standards.


We are a new start-up, so you'll be given a high degree of autonomy and expected to deal with numerous challenges and opportunities along the way.


Responsibilities |:


  • Assist internal and external suppliers involved in the home transformation process.
  • Work cross functionally across Ukio departments including Design, Supply Chain, Revenue and Guest operations enforcing a smooth process, communication and information flow
  • Ensure the basic functional operation of apartments before Guest Ready date including electricity, gas, water, insurance and internet.
  • Manage and be the support of the team when allocating resources and defining times of operation.
  • Manage and coordinate with third party service providers (i.e. plumbing, electricians, house cleaning, painters, carpenters etc.)
  • Provide datadriven recommendations and process improvements to drive higher operational efficiency, customer service, and quality of stays

About you |:


  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Fluency English (C1) and the markets' language is required
  • Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
  • Confident with working in crossfunctional teams
  • Comfortable performing in a startup environment.
