About the Job

We are hiring an Intern for our Administration Department, who will work from our Headquarter office in Santiago de Compostela. The mission is to support the Administration Team in tasks related to accounting and invoicing control.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team throughout the entire supplier invoices control process: reception of invoices, control of documentation, follow-up of approvals, etc.
• Allocation according to the criteria of the General Accounting Plan and Cost Centers
• Control of maturities and issuance of payments
• Registration of payments in Navision
• Tracking Travel Expenses, payment, and accounting

The person will also fill in for reception duties whenever the post is empty, which includes sitting at the front desk, answering and diverting phone calls, organizing correspondence, travel arrangements for employees, etc.
