- Mantener puesto de trabajo limpio y en perfecto estado de orden
- Gestionar, todas las llamadas entrantes al departamento de pisos tanto externas como internas de clientes, así como llamadas interdepartamentales.
- Coordinar las llamadas, así como las diferentes peticiones gestionando con las diferentes áreas.
- Seguimiento de cada petición y su correcta realización
- Hacer el trabajo o tablillas de las camareras de pisos am y pm en el sistema de Opera Cloud
- Ayudar a la subgobernanta a marcar los cambios de sábanas en las tablillas de trabajo de las camareras de pisos
- Revisar y organizar los traces o peticiones de clientes (cunas, camas extras, alérgicos a plumas etc.)
- Seguimiento con las subgobernantas de los No molesten.
- Verificación con los clientes de los No Molesten así como averiguar las horas de servicio
- Poner en sistema de Opera las preferencias de clientes
- Revisión constante del pace de las habitaciones (revisión constante de las habitaciones en espera, así como dar prioridad por horas de llegadas y habitaciones de huéspedes)
- Constante revisión y actualización del estado de las habitaciones en sistema de Opera.
- Revisar y hacer seguimiento con las subgobernantas para que todas las habitaciones sean entregadas a las 15:ooh
- Dar seguimiento continuo a todas las situaciones informadas por los huéspedes mediante el uso del sistema interno FUP.
- Coordinar con Servicio Técnico todo lo relacionado con las averías reportadas, así como reportar las incidencias en el sistema. Hacer seguimiento del cumplimiento de estas averías para poder hacer entrega de las habitaciones
- Cumplir con todas las orientaciones de la dirección usando como base los estándares propios de LHW
- Atender las solicitudes de objetos olvidados por los clientes juntamente con conserjería
- Experiência previa como coordinador de pisos o rooms controller en hoteles de lujo.
- Conocimiento del producto.
- Conocimiento de los sistemas informáticos de gestión del hotel Marbella Club de Opera Cloud
- Nível alto de Inglés y castellano. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas por teléfono con clientes
- A ser posible debe conocer un tercer idioma al mismo nível.
- Adaptar su horario a las necesidades de los clientes y del hotel. Horarios rotativos según necesidades
