Job Description:

As an Assets Control and Analysis Intern you will:

  • Support Pre Reconciliation Audits
  • Support Audit Local Teams as unique contact
  • Support Audits manual input process (Self, Portfolio, CPM, etc)
  • Support Audit Central Europe WQ
  • Audits Master Database creation/maintenance
  • Interfaces check & maintenance of data integrity
  • Process in CRM of physical counting from Manufacturers & Retailers from the different sources
  • To handle his/her WQ to manage the different incoming tasks related to Audits: to enter audit results, creation of Audits, maintenance of Audits master database, etc
  • Report progress to the TL
  • SLA's
  • Meeting deadlines and quality requirements SOP Compliance & Audit policy

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced Excel skills and technical profile.
  • Macros knowledge desiderable.
  • Demonstrable evidence of success in a process driven situation where success is dependent on consistent adherence to procedure/deadlines.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
