Job Description:
As an Assets Control and Analysis Intern you will:
- Support Pre Reconciliation Audits
- Support Audit Local Teams as unique contact
- Support Audits manual input process (Self, Portfolio, CPM, etc)
- Support Audit Central Europe WQ
- Audits Master Database creation/maintenance
- Interfaces check & maintenance of data integrity
- Process in CRM of physical counting from Manufacturers & Retailers from the different sources
- To handle his/her WQ to manage the different incoming tasks related to Audits: to enter audit results, creation of Audits, maintenance of Audits master database, etc
- Report progress to the TL
- SLA's
- Meeting deadlines and quality requirements SOP Compliance & Audit policy
Skills and Knowledge:
- Advanced Excel skills and technical profile.
- Macros knowledge desiderable.
- Demonstrable evidence of success in a process driven situation where success is dependent on consistent adherence to procedure/deadlines.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
