    En {company}, estamos buscando a un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a del área de Compras para trabajar en Madrid.

    Funciones clave:

    • Siguiendo procedimientos y protocolos establecidos, gestionar las compras y contrataciones con proveedores.
    • Gestionar y resolver incidencias internas y externas de manera eficiente y efectiva.
    • Mantener una comunicación constante y fluida con clientes y proveedores, garantizando la satisfacción de sus necesidades y expectativas.
    • Subcontratar servicios profesionales de IT y empresas de trabajo temporal cuando sea necesario.
    • Familiarizarse con herramientas como Excel para analizar y presentar datos de manera clara y precisa.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia mínima de un año en tareas relacionadas con compras y administración.
    • Prestar atención a detalles y ser autónomo en el desarrollo de tareas.
    • Estar en capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva con clientes y proveedores, resolviendo conflictos de manera oportuna.
    • Vale destacar que la residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo es un requisito deseable.
    • Tener habilidades avanzadas en Excel para analizar y presentar datos de manera efectiva.

    Si eres una persona proactiva y dispuesta a aprender, nos gustaría conocerte. Es importante tener experiencia en gestión de compras, manejo de software de oficina y habilidades interpersonales sólidas.
