    Estrategia de Ecommerce

    Liderar la estrategia de ecommerce de nuestras marcas (Bibi Lou, LOLA CRUZ y GAMIN), garantizando la mejora continua de la experiencia de usuario, conversión y rentabilidad del canal es un desafío importante.

    Objetivos Clave

    • Optimizar el catálogo de producto online, estructura de categorías, promociones y campañas digitales.
    • Trabajar codo con codo con comunicación, retail y fotografía para asegurar una visión omnicanal y alineada con los valores de marca.
    • Analizar datos de ventas, comportamiento de usuario y rendimiento de campañas para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
    • Garantizar la correcta operativa del ecommerce: pedidos, incidencias, atención al cliente y logística.

    Requisitos del Candidato

    • Experiencia demostrable como Responsable o Manager de Ecommerce, preferiblemente en retail o moda.
    • Conocimiento sólido de plataformas como Shopify.
    • Capacidad de gestión de proyectos digitales, especialmente migraciones o rediseños web.
    • Visión analítica y orientación a resultados.
    • Experiencia coordinando con equipos multidisciplinares y agencias externas.

    Valoramos Experiencia Previa

    • Tener experiencia previa en procesos de transformación digital.
    • Ha trabajado con herramientas como Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.
    • Conoce el funcionamiento de marketplaces y estrategias de distribución online.
    • Experiencia con Odoo.
