CRM Business Analyst - Commercial & Mkt (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities:

Openbank is currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. We have a start-up mindset and encourage different departments and teams to work together. Our IT architecture is mainly cloud-based, and our focus is on digital innovation and transformation.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Managing Customer Campaigns Plan: Establishing priorities looking for the best audience, timing and channel.
  • Working with other teams within the Business, DS, and Sales and Marketing departments to define target audiences and monitor results.
  • Communicating the results to crossfunctional team members using data visualisation tools.
  • Analysing the results of different commercial actions and pushing ideas that have the capacity to optimise our business.
  • Converting data into Business KPIs and insights for commercial initiatives.
  • In conjunction with T&O, analysing data to verify the correct implementation of customerrelated processes.
  • Identifying and defining new opportunities to improve processes and commercial actions.
  • Collecting and interpreting data from a range of sources in our AWS Data Lake in order to transform them into knowledge and business opportunities.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University or Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration & Management or similar field.
- +2 years of experience working in Marketing, Business Development or CRM departments.

  • Amazon AWS
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools including Quicksight, Tableau, or similar.
  • SQL
  • Solving problems and identifying business opportunities using data: analysing the problem and breaking it down into various analytical components.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or a similar tool (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Statistical analysis: you are familiar with the basic statistical concepts. You know how to use and harness different indicators to summarise data.
  • Using data for reporting and automating report generation.
  • Handling large data sets and working with a data engineer.
  • Desired: bonus points if you have knowledge of or an interest in the banking sector or financial products.
  • High level of English.
