What are you going to do?:

As Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of our support and maintenance functions to our customers globally.

They will ensure all our systems are consistently operating at optimum performance levels whilst developing strong relationships with our customers.

The person suitable for this position should have well rounded experience in managing client services in an international setting.


You will be in the driving seat of:

• Manage and oversee the entire support and maintenance functions of our client facing business.
• Rework the support team to be able to deliver a bestinclass support and maintenance product across two system ecosystems.
• Improve the current implementation of the Jira Service Desk to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Communicate in Spanish and English in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner with end users, partners and team members.
• Engage other internal support teams (e.g. R&D, Operations, etc) to assist in solving complex technical issues.
• Coordinate the delivery of on onsite maintenance and support with field teams from partners, end user and branches.
• Build strong relationships with partners, end users and branch teams.
• Ensure all SLA's are being met or exceeded.
• Ensure all client reporting is completed and communicated on time.
• Identify opportunities to further commercialise our support and maintenance functions.
• Document and curate technical knowledge and standard operating procedures for our products on confluence.

Who are we looking for?:

• You have a Bachelor ́s degree focussed on IT;
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position;
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and in writing) (mandatory);
• You are skilled in Jira Service Desk (mandatory);
• You are familiar with Datalog or similar tool (Preferably);
