    Chemours is seeking a Plant Analyst to join our Finance team in Asturias

    This position will report directly to the APM Manufacturing Operations Finance Manager.

    The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Key finance point of contact for plant operations leadership team
  • Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast setting process for the Plant Site
  • Ensure that budgeting, forecasting, analysis and root cause corrective action are completed at appropriate levels
  • Perform inventory analysis and other business financial analysis and decision support for performance optimization
  • Conduct monthly site and product line cost reviews, highlighting performance and deviations from forecast or budget
  • Provide proper financial stewardship overall manufacturing activities; specifically, accurate planning, control and accountability
  • In order to be qualified for this role, you the following:

  • Accounting or Finance Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of professional work experience in Manufacturing Cost Accounting and/or Financial Analysis
  • Familiarity with SAP (including SAP Business Warehouse) and Microsoft Office applications (emphasis on Excel)
  • Business Proficiency in English
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable with exposure to Business and Finance Leadership
  • Desire to work in multi-cultural, global environments
  • The following skill sets are by the business unit :

  • MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in a multi-national manufacturing company
  • General understanding of manufacturing analysis and inventory accounting
  • Ability to work under the pressure of multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Pay Range (in local currency):

    €43, €67,250.00
