    ¿Qué harás? (Responsabilidades clave)

    • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias multicanal de generación de demanda B2B orientadas a conversión (MQL/SQL).
    • Gestionar y optimizar campañas de paid advertising en LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads y retargeting.
    • Activar y nutrir bases de datos propias (cold outreach, email marketing automation).
    • Implementar flujos de lead nurturing y scoring avanzado en HubSpot (o herramienta equivalente).
    • Analizar en profundidad el rendimiento (GA4, dashboards personalizados, attribution models) y optimizar continuamente ROAS, CPL, CAC y tasa de cierre.

    ¿Qué perfil buscamos? Must-have (imprescindibles):

    • +5 años de experiencia demostrable en demand generation B2B, preferiblemente en SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech o software empresarial.
    • Track record probado generando pipelines de leads que cierran (ejemplos cuantificables de MQL >
      SQL >
      revenue).
    • Dominio avanzado de HubSpot (o Marketo/Pardot), Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager y GA4.
    • Perfil altamente analítico: cómodo/a con datos, A/B testing, funnel optimization y reporting ejecutivo.
    • Conocimiento profundo del ciclo de venta B2B complejo (ventas consultivas, decisiones múltiples, ciclos de 3-9 meses).

    Nice-to-have:

    • Experiencia en sectores regulados (RRHH, laboral, fiscal).
    • Conocimiento de herramientas complementarias
