We are Homelike - a growing and progressive prop-tech company.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to drive the operational performance of our French accounts.

You will report directly to the Head of Europe and form an integral part of the team. As a Junior Key Account Manager (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the performance of the accounts and the main point of contact for our suppliers in the region
The position is hybrid based in Barcelona on a model of 2-3 days in our central office.

Tasks


How you are part of our success story:

  • You are on the top of your market by analyzing your KPIs and implementing necessary measures to optimize your regions and achieve company OKRs
  • You are goaldriven and are not scared of going above and beyond to hit those numbers
  • Contribute to the growth of the market by finding new suppliers and researching new business opportunities
  • You are a direct contact and consultant of key accounts in your regions, responsible for their operational and strategic development, as well as for building strong relationships throughout time
  • You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel to conduct highlevel discussions with our landlords
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure the best experience for both apartment owners and customers
  • Represent Homelike at fairs and events to build up the brand within the country
  • Focus on driving revenue to the region helping on B2B group bookings and onboarding the best partners

Requirements:


What you need to convince us:

  • First experience in sales and/or account management, ideally 1-2 years at tech companies or in the real estate industry
  • You have a passion for our industry and strong interest in the property tech space
  • You have a strong ambition to reach your goals
  • You have a proven track record in building and managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • You are willing to travel to customers in the market
  • You are analytical by being able to get deep into data and understand relevant data points to generate insights
  • You are business fluent in English and French, and your strong and professional communication skills distinguish you
