Responsibilities:

Perform Quality control checks:KYC / KYB for Spanish users; PEPs screening, Sanctions and negative/adverse mediaReview customers client risk rating on a periodic reviewEscalate suspicious cases, deficiencies and arrange trainings where neededAct as an escalation point for issues and liaise with the global compliance ops team to mitigate risks identifiedAssist in managing remediations and KYC related projectsAssist in internal, external, regulatory and AML auditsAssist in managing remediations and KYC related projectsTestingBecome a member of the Compliance Technical UnitRequirements:Related experience or studies in Legal or Compliance matters;Native Spanish and advanced English knowledgeAn "undergraduate" degree level;Good IT knowledge and able to work independently on assigned tasks;Knowledge on provisions of local laws, Directives, Regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus.
