    Start Your Career in Hospitality

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic hospitality student to join our Management in Training (MIT) program at Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

    About the Program

    The MIT program is a 9-12 month full-time opportunity that offers hands-on experience in various departments of the hotel, including Executive Offices. As a Trainee, you will work closely with our Hotel Director and Leadership Committee to gain a deep understanding of the hotel's operations.

    • Phase 1: Executive Offices - You will learn about the overall operation of the hotel and develop people management skills in a dynamic environment.
    • Phase 2: Intensive Training - You will focus on your agreed area of interest and receive both practical and theoretical training.

    Requirements

    To be eligible for this role, you must have:

    • A relevant career path with studies finalized up to 1 year prior to the internship start.
    • Languages Skills: Advanced level of Spanish and English (written and spoken).
    • A passion for learning and growing with our team.
