Position:

Pricing Manager, Animal Nutrition Spain**
Location: Madrid**
Job Summary:The Pricing Manager will be responsible for executing the pricing strategy for ADM Animal Nutrition Spain and Portugal, effectively identifying product pricing, deal execution, pricing discipline and process development.

The Pricing Manager will champion and support pricing with product managers and sales organization and embed a pricing and margin expansion mindset in organization.

He/She/They will work closely with product managers, customers, sales, procurement, product development, supply chain and controlling teams in Spain.
Pricing Manager reports to the VP Pricing Animal Nutrition.

Pricing Manager will interact daily with the ADM Animal Nutrition Spain and Portugal General Manager General Manager and Financial Director.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Perform price execution activities and set discipline by executing and enforcing standard processes for robust repeatable deal support and evaluation.
  • Responsible for fulfilling pricing requests from Sales and others stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyse pricing performance reporting, identifying pricing opportunities, and analysing customer performance.
  • Work closely with a global set of stakeholders on market conditions and material changes to execute periodic price and annual price increase.
  • Support a continuous margin improvement mindset by executing and communicating pricing decisions in alignment with the pricing strategy and the objectives of related pricing levers.
  • Identify opportunities to development pricing tools including analysing pricing models, identifying new opportunities to optimize pricing models while collaborating with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Support adoption of pricing tools and performance reporting by other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a business field ( Economics, Business Administration or Finance)
  • 35 years professional work experience in B2B, sales or finance.
  • Solid data analytics skills
  • Analysing historical performance of businesses and customers
  • Defining and executing plans to achieve strategic and shortterm objectives
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize marketing and pricing information to draw insights and actionable recommendations and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Commercial mindset
  • Ability to perform within fastpaced work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a teambased work
  • Change management activities: ability to gain buyin/ commitment from internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Power BI and ERP system is a plus. Advanced degree in analytics, data modelling, statistics is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish Portuguese would be a plus.
