Global Payroll Process Owner

Location:
Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop team and to work across the Global team to create a high consistent standard in the methodology and capabilities of the team.
Support the operational workload within your country from a process perspective.
Build partnerships across the HR community and cross functionally to ensure we maximize services to employees and managers but also to have the ability to work on future initiatives and projects.
Be the initial point of contact in your region for any businesscritical requirements from the Executive team.
Managing the payroll process within your region and ensuring that payroll is delivered on time and accurately.
Ensure Case Management cases are handled consistently and timely as per our SLA's/KPI.
Partner with Genpact team to ensure high quality results and solutions are maintained and any issues resolved in a timely manner and 'root cause' defined to ensure no duplication of issue.
Support building a global Compliance and Audit ensuring all processes and functional have correct approval and supporting documents.

Skills & Qualifications

46 years' experience in HR Operations
Workday experience is desired
Have a Shared service or GBS background is essential.
15% travel is a requirement annually for this role.
