Office Junior position in our
Torremolinos Office.


We're hiring an English speaking
Office Junior. A high level of proficiency in written and spoken
English (any additional languages would also be an advantage) is mandatory.


Essential Functions and Requirements:


  • Answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner
  • Taking messages and calls back when required
  • Welcoming all clients, visitors and employees into the office
  • General office duties (office maintenance, printing, scanning, filing,)
  • Generating hourly and daily statistics
  • Dealing with company petty cash.
  • Daily and weekly incentive reports/uploading to eternal system.
  • May assist with Recruitment as and when required.

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational skills be able to prioritise tasks.
  • Be able to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work to own initiative.
  • Positive and outgoing attitude to work.
  • Written and spoken English.
  • Talented, energetic and likes to work in a team.
