As an EA/Domain Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing focus and order to a high paced, fast growing work environment.

You will be responsible for Raji's calendar management, communication, travel arrangements and other information management. You will be also anticipating, prioritizing, and organizing domain-specific events, domain all-hands and regional events. You will be helping out with administrative tasks within the Domain and coordinating different domain initiatives.

Your EA responsibilities:

Calendar Management:Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events for Raji, ensuring efficient use of her time and avoiding conflicts.

Travel Arrangements:Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.

Meeting Preparation:Preparing meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Taking meeting minutes and following up on action items as needed.

Liaison and Relationship Building:Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.

Event Planning:Assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, or team-building activities.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.


Your Domain Coordinator responsibilities:

Domain Culture:Organize all-hands, kick-offs, domain onboarding and other domain-specific events following best practice outlined by Org & Lead.

Communication and collaboration:Encourage cross-team communication collaboration. Foster Open Communication by creating an environment where team members feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns, and opinions openly. Encourage regular team meetings where everyone has the opportunity to share their thoughts.

Support in organizational changes in the domain:Be involved in all domain organizational changes together with the Domain Lead to ensure they are following the Operating Model, including any necessary changes that follow an org change: seating changes, scope alignment, and transfer of any risks/suppliers between teams.

Klarna operating model: Be an expert on the Operating Model, as you will be responsible for following up on compliance and ensuring that teams are adhering to the team basics, such as Klarna team practices and team size compliance.

Employee engagement: Lead our engagement committee also coordinate and support the actions resulting from the Employee Engagement Survey.

Take on ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting the domain.
