The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute

(VHIR) is a public sector institution that

promotes and develops the research,

innovation and biosanitary teaching of the

Vall d'Hebron University Hospital. Through

the excellence of our research, we identify

problems of society and we contribute to

spread them around the world.

In April 2015, the
Vall d'Hebron

Research Institute (VHIR) obtained

the recognition of the European

Commission in
HR Excellence.
This recognition proves that VHIR

endorses the general principles of the

European Charter for Researchers and

a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment

of Researchers
(Charter & Code).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Educació i qualificacions:

Requerit:
-
Cicle Formatiu Grau Superior (branca administrativa).

Experiència i coneixements:
-
Experiència en tasques administratives.

Coneixement MS Office (Excel, Word).
Domini de català (nívell C) i castellà.
Persona organitzada i responsable a la feina, amb capacitat de treballar de forma independent.

Responsabilitats principals i tasques:
-
Registre de factures als sistema

Gestió i tramitació de factures electròniques
Gestió i tramitació de fulls de liquidació i minutes
Suport administratiu en la gestió i tramitació d'importacions i exportacions del VHIR
Resolució d'incidències amb factures de proveïdors (devolucions, errors de facturació interns externs,

refusades, sol-licitar el retorn d'un import indegut).

Gestió integral en la tramitació dels pagaments mitjançant factura PROFORMA, i comptabilització de la factura

definitiva.

Atenció a proveïdors, en les reclamacions de factures pendents de pagament.
Sollicitud i reclamació d'abonaments totals
Registre d'abonaments en sistema.
Comptabilització i compensació en pagaments.
Gestionar incidències de factures bloquejades.
Sollicitud reemborsaments pendents en pagaments.
Reclamacions de factures d'expedients oberts CSUC
Suport amb la gestió dels certificats de compatibilitat administrativa.
Donar suport a totes aquelles tasques de la seva área d'actuació que li siguin encomanades pel seu/va

responsable.

Dur a terme les activitats designades d'acord amb els procediments establerts i, si escau, participar en la seva

actualització.

Assegurar que les activitats es duen a terme d'acord amb els requisits establerts en els procediments del

sistema de qualitat de la Unitat, impulsar i implementar la millora contínua en el seu àmbit d'actuació.

Condicions laborals:

Posició a temps complet: 40 hores setmanals
Incorporació immediata.
Salari Brut anual: 18,960,83 € (La remuneració dependrà de l'experiència i les habilitats. Els rangs salarials

són coherents amb la nostra escala salarial del conveni col-lectiu)
