Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Assisting in managing non-conformities and proposing corrective actions
• Monitoring quality control processes and contributing to continuous improvement
• Updating quality documentation and assisting in creating and modifying procedures
• Supporting customer complaints and implementing corrective and preventive actions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education in Engineering or a related field
• BASIC knowledge of quality systems and ISO standards
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn
• Knowledge of IT tools, including Excel and management software like SAP
• Intermediate level of English language proficiency
