An exciting opportunity to join the prestigious The Club of Revenue Management by RHG as Commercial Manager.


As Commercial leader, you will oversee, monitor and supervise the performance of approx.700 hotels amongst EMEA and APAC from both a revenue and sales perspective.

This unique role will develop both analytical and commercial skills to be able to help improve the performance of the hotels


Roles/Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the performance of the hotels focusing on 3 streams: Room, F&B and M&E.
  • Business intelligence expert, inspiring the BI team on the creation and maintenance of Global dashboards to facilitate business decisions.
  • Creation and maintenance of ad hoc reports for both Revenue and Sales workforce.
  • Conduct indepth revenue management analysis for individual hotels and/or groups of hotels and create/ support action plans for improvements.
  • Working closely with Business Development to create 5 years projections on new deal and refurbishment projects
  • Monitoring the tools to calculate and challenge forecast accuracy for the revenue managers in line with the standards of the company
  • Monitoring the market share performance of the company in line with 5YP targets
  • Implementation and tracking of marketing tactical campaigns with the Global Marketing team
  • Support the Rev Tech team in projects involving RPA and costsaving technologies
  • Actively pursue insights into market and competitor environment to broaden the understanding of the impact and effect on our hotels and communicate appropriate direction to wider community and stakeholders.
Grow total revenue and reach budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration. Ensure forecast accuracy. Support both Revenue and Sales team with tools to facilitate business decisions.


Desirable knowledge of hotel technology including Revenue Management Systems (such as IDeaS G3 or Duetto GC), Hotel Reservation Systems (PMS/S&C), and Distribution Systems (Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Distribution Connectivity Partners, OTA Extranets).

Combining the understanding of systems thinking with a balanced approach also upon what is needed commercially and operationally is key.

Job requirements:

Minimum education: N/A - Relevant background suggests Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or Statistics


Minimum experience: 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution


Language skills:
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Other languages is a plus


Required skills:


  • Excel
  • VBA
  • Power BI
  • Desirable to be experienced in Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems and/or Distribution / Channel Management Systems.

Work permit:
Must hold a valid one for EU
