- Support the team in implementation, adaptation, updating of new tools or process (i.e. updates in Power BI and creation of new report)
- Support project detailed scheduling & task management in New Project Development or Technology Development Projects
- Support on monitoring department resource levels and project resource planning
- Support on tracking project activity list and chase critical task updates
- Support on budget preparation & necessary documentation.
- Support on creation of module annual calendar.
- Other ad hoc tasks for the team
- Good skills at MS Office programs (i.e. MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Project..)

To be successful in this role, you need to be enrolled and studying in a Bachelor or Master program (with preferably 2 years still left of your studies) in the fields of management & engineering, business administration, strategy, project management or similar fields or similar in combination with thorough practical experience.
