    Job Description: Full-stack Technical Leader

    Overview

    We're seeking an experienced and collaborative professional as a Full-stack Technical Leader in Valencia or Porto. As a key member of our development team, you'll guide the technical direction, overseeing both backend (Java) and frontend (Angular, HTML, CSS) technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction across the entire development stack
    • Architecture and Design: Oversee software systems design and architecture
    • Full-Stack Development: Participate in development, contributing to frontend and backend codebases
    • Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members in best practices
    • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define technical requirements
    • Code Quality and Review: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews
    • Project Management: Assist in planning and managing development projects
    • Continuous Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and drive adoption of new tools

    Candidate Profile

    • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
    • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with significant Java and Angular experience
    • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills
    • Technical Skills: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Angular 17, Rest patterns, CSS, SQL, MySQL knowledge desirable

    Estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
